Devolder Jurgen has been employed as an operational member of the police since 1999. He also teaches police, military and security personnel at several recognized security companies such as SERIS Academy, G4S and T&D Security .

As specialist in the control of violence with & without firearms, Medic / Trainer TECC and teacher in relation to the legislation WPA / SWB / Sv / Deontology / Law on private security.

From the experience of teaching operational members of the police / military and private security TACTSIM was born. Since especially in the training phase with firearms, safety is of crucial importance.

Jurgen's  knowledge and expertise in the field of violence control, ensures that the  TACTSIM system takes maximum account of realistic and functional training. 

​

This means that while using TACTSIM, the functional motor skills can be automated and trained in a safe, realistic but also appealing VR environment.

TACTSIM's  goal is to give a realistic education and training in order to reach an end result where one can manipulate weapons in a professional way.
